Jesien. Jesien to czas zniw. Ziarna zasiane na poczatku roku, pielegnowane przez wiosne i lato powinny dawac pierwsze plony. Jesien to takze czas co-rocznego odchodzenia. To dobry czas aby przyjrzec sie swojemu zyciu i zobaczyc w nim rzeczy/sytuacje/emocje/blokady ktore juz nijak nam nie sluza.
- Czemu/komu musze pozwolec odejsc z mojego zycia?
W ramach mojego szkolenia w pracy kilka miesiecy temu, mielismy napisac sobie swoja zyciowa wizje.
I am at my best when among people I love and
trust, when I do not hurry, and when I take care of myself.
I will try to prevent times when I worry too much, hurry, over-commit, overeat, and engage in conflict.
I will enjoy my work by becoming a better manager, do more planning and engage in more creative aspects of my work like writing and presenting. I will make sure that every day I learn something new.
I will find enjoyment in my personal life through spending time with my family, taking long walks, reading, meeting with friends and family, volunteering, biking, practicing yoga, and writing my blog.
I will find opportunities to use my natural talents and gifts such as being a good and loving friend, good writer creative cook and gardener.

I can do anything I set my mind to. One day I will be living closer to my family and will get back to teraching in some capacity.
My life's journey is to practice being gentle to myself and everybody around more as I
work on my own personal growth . I share all my gifts generously.
I will be compassionate, joyful and loving. I will have fun in my life. I will be smart and generous as well as beautiful inside and outside.
My most important future contribution to others will be loyalty, inner strength, and healthiness. I will be a loving individual that responds to my own needs and needs of other in the way that is supportive and helpful.
I will stop procrastinating and start working on:
